We want to make sure that in the 1st District and the 40th District and every district in between that people are being put to work. And what does that mean? It’s not just if you’re a laborer on a construction project will this benefit you, because every laborer on that project is going to go the local deli and buy lunch, they’re going to go the gas station, they’re going to buy gas, they’re going to go to the grocery store and buy groceries. And by taking that money and putting it in the pockets of people who will do the work they will spend that money on the rest of the economy, helping lift everybody up and helping stimulate our economy in a way that we can get out of this recession quicker.
