We're going to make sure that law enforcement can identify who teen drivers are. We're going to increase the restrictions on how many people can be in the vehicle. We're going to make sure that families have an opportunity to be part of the learning process. These are reasonable changes that will make the teen driver, the Graduated Driver's License Law, so much better and make our children safer.
